STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
AUSTRALIA: 3-10 working days
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. Orders may be delivered via registered courier and may require a signature, unless you provide “Authority To Leave” which the courier may offer as a service.
IF YOUR ADDRESS IS UNATTENDED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender. At this point you will be eligible for a refund excluding the freight costs.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

In the event that postage costs are applied in error when checking out online, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will happily look into this for you.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (“ATL”)
By selecting the courier’s option for Authority To Leave, you will be authorising the us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery. In doing so, please note that the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law. Please note: Your parcel may not be delivered if the driver deems the nominated delivery address to be unsafe or not secure. The decision to complete delivery is at the driver’s discretion and will be carded to collect at your postal office.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.
This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. PLEASE NOTE: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may also receive text message alerts regarding the delivery status of your order. If you do not wish to continue to receive these alerts, there will be an option to opt out.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
